What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking and seating.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name (or "& Guest") will be on the RSVP.

Is there a hotel block? How do I book a room?

Answer

Yes! You can book a room at your choice of the GreenTree Inn & Suites in Florence or the Best Western Gold Canyon Inn & Suites at a special rate by booking directly with the hotel and mentioning our wedding. Please see more details on the Travel page of our website.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, self-parking is available and it's free. If you are a guest of the GreenTree Inn & Suites, free shuttle services will be provided to and from the hotel to the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors.

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
