We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of everyone at our wedding so you can enjoy our special day! - There will be hand sanitizing stations at the church and hand sanitizers bottles on each table at the reception. We ask that you please use them generously and frequently throughout the evening. - Pews at the church will be marked to allow for social distancing. Ushers will be available to show you where to sit. - Dinner, drinks and cake will be served to you, so you won't have to touch anything! - We are only occupying 1/3 of the reception venue space. Tables are extra wide and will be spaced out to meet social distancing requirements. - We are asking everyone who is coming to wear their masks, as we are required to by the state of Arkansas. - Temperature checks will be performed at the door.
Although we want nothing more than to spend this day with all of you, we ask that you please use your best judgement and follow current CDC, state and health guidelines, such as staying home if you are feeling sick or if you think you may have been exposed to Covid-19 recently. Please contact the bride, groom or a member of the families if you need to make modifications to your RSVP response as soon as possible.
Black Tie Optional: We recommend a dark suit for men and floor length dresses for the ladies. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Don’t forget your face mask!
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
We have reserved a number of seats, as detailed on the RSVP card, in your honor. Because we are having a formal seated dinner following the ceremony, your response is absolutely necessary for us to make arrangements and set your place at the table. If you’re planning to attend both the church ceremony and the reception or just the reception, please use the RSVP tool in this website or mail your response with your names to "confirm" your presence. If only one member of your party is attending, please use the space provided in the RSVP card to write the exact name of the guest attending. If you are only attending the church ceremony, please contact the bride, groom or a member of the family. Please also send your "regrets" if you're unable to attend.
