¿Para cuándo debemos llenar el RSVP?
Answer
Le pedimos que confirmen su asistencia en la parte de RSVP antes del 2 de noviembre dado a que el venue nos exige saber la cantidad exacta de invitados para esa fecha. Gracias! ~ We ask that you confirm your attendance on the RSVP tab by November 2nd since our venue requires us to confirm the total guest count by that date. Thank you!

¿Puedo traer un plus one?

¡Le tenemos mucho cariño a todos sus amigos y parejas! Si su invitación incluye un acompañante, por favor confirme la asistencia de ambos. Debido a limitaciones de espacio, solo podremos recibir a las personas cuyos nombres aparecen en la invitación. ¡Gracias por su comprensión! - We love all your friends and partners! If your invitation includes a guest, please RSVP for both of you. Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

¿Qué debo hacer si tengo restricciones alimentarias?

Por favor indíquenos cualquier restricción alimentaria al confirmar su asistencia (RSVP). Allí encontrará un espacio para incluirlas, y haremos todo lo posible por acomodarlas. - Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. There is a space to include them, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

¿Qué debo hacer si no puedo asistir a la boda?

Aunque les extrañaremos en nuestro día especial, su cariño y apoyo significan todo para nosotros. Por favor confirmen en la parte de RSVP de nuestro sitio web si no podrán asistir. - While we will miss you on our special day, your love and support mean the world. Please RSVP through our website to let us know you cannot attend.

¿La ceremonia y la recepción serán en sitios distintos o al aire libre?

La ceremonia y la recepción serán en el mismo lugar. La ceremonia será al aire libre y la recepción dentro del edificio. ~ The ceremony and reception will be at the same location. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be inside the venue.

¿A qué hora debo llegar a la boda?
Answer
La ceremonia comenzará puntual, les pedimos de favor que lleguen a las 3:30 PM. ~ The ceremony will start on time, so we kindly ask that you arrive promptly at 3:30 PM.

¿Cómo será el estacionamiento?
Answer
A la entrada del venue, se encuentra el espacio abierto donde puede estacionarse. Por favor tenga en cuenta que los carros no pueden permanecer en el estacionamiento luego de las 10:30 PM. - At the venue's entrance, there is an open lot available for self-parking. Please keep in mind that the cars cannot remain in the lot after 10:30 PM.

¿Será una ceremonia religiosa?
Answer
Aunque no tendremos a un cura o pastor casándonos, es nuestro deseo incorporar ambas religiones con lecturas y otras tradiciones. ~ Though we won’t have a priest or pastor marrying us, it is our wish to incorporate both of our religions through readings and other traditions.

Les pedimos que por favor eviten vestirse de blanco o tonalidades claras el día de la boda. ~ We ask that you please avoid wearing white or similar shades the day of the wedding.

¿Habrá alcohol en la boda?
Answer
Serviremos alcohol después de la ceremonia y durante la cena. Será barra abierta/barra libre hasta que se acabe. Para los niños, menores de edad y quienes decidan no beber, tendremos otras opciones. ~ We will serve alcohol after the ceremony and during dinner. It will be an open bar until it runs out. For the children, persons under age, and those who decide not to drink, there will be other beverage options.

¿Habrá tiempo para bailar?

Sí, luego de la cena vamos a tener habilitado una pista de baile para los que quieran unirse. También celebraremos la tradición venezolana llamada Hora Loca. Esta celebración se trata de música movida y bailes de tambores para festejar. ~ Yes, after dinner, there will be a designated dance floor for those who wish to join. We will also be celebrating a Venezuelan tradition called Hora Loca (translates to “Crazy Hour”). This celebration includes traditional music and dance along with props.
