Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 14th, 2025 to give us enough time to finalize arrangements. You can RSVP directly on the website.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with you, but it’s important that we receive your RSVP by the specified date. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP on time, we’ll have to assume you won’t be attending. This is to ensure we can provide exact guest counts to our vendors and make sure everything is prepared for the big day. Please be sure to RSVP by the deadline so we can plan accordingly! If you have issues with the website RSVP feel free to personally contact the bride and groom.

Answer

Our wedding will be held at the beautiful Villa Cini in Tuscany, Italy. It’s a stunning venue surrounded by rolling hills and historic charm. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in this gorgeous setting!

Answer

Here’s a look at the schedule for our special day: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM: Ceremony 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM: Cocktail Hour 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Dinner 9:30 PM - 1:30 AM: Dance Party We’re looking forward to celebrating with you in each part of the evening!

Question

Are there any planned events before or after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have a welcome dinner on 07/13/2025 for those arriving early. Details for both will be provided closer to the event.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding events?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, we’re going with a garden party theme, so please wear semi-formal attire—think light and comfortable for a relaxed day outdoors. For the Wedding Day, we’re asking for formal attire. The ceremony and reception will have an elegant, formal feel, so we encourage you to dress up for this special occasion. Since it’s July in Tuscany, the weather can be quite warm, so be prepared for the summer heat. We recommend lightweight fabrics and comfortable shoes, especially if you're walking outdoors. For more detailed information on attire, please visit the Attire page.

Question

Where will the wedding ceremony take place?

Answer

The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors at the stunning Villa Cini, surrounded by the breathtaking Tuscan countryside. Afterward, we’ll move to the indoor area where the party will take place.

Question

What is the best way to get to Tuscany?

Answer

The closest airport is Florence Airport (FLR), which is approximately an hour away from the venue. You can rent a car, book a shuttle, or take a private transfer to the venue. We recommend renting a car for flexibility or coordinating with other guests for a group transfer. Cheaper flights are available arriving at Rome Airport, please note that Rome Airport is 2.5 hours away from the Venue, so you might need to rent a car.

Question

What are the travel requirements for Italy?

Answer

Depending on your home country, there may be travel restrictions or requirements such as proof of vaccination, travel insurance, or COVID-19 tests. Please check the latest government guidelines or consult your airline for specific information closer to your departure.

Question

Where can I stay during the wedding?

Answer

There are several hotels and accommodations near the venue ranging from 2 to 5 stars, with prices from $80 to $300 per night. Most of these hotels have a rustic charm as the region is rich in history. For those looking for a more unique experience, there are also Airbnbs nearby. You can find a list of recommended accommodations on the Accommodation page of this website.

Question

Do I need to rent a car while in Tuscany?

Answer

Renting a car is a great option if you want the flexibility to explore Tuscany. However, if you plan to stay near the venue, there are local taxis and shuttles available. We recommend coordinating with other guests if you want to travel together.

Question

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue offers free parking for all guests, so feel free to drive and park your car without any worries.

Question

What can I do while in Tuscany?

Answer

Tuscany is full of beauty and history, offering plenty to explore! In addition to the stunning landscapes, cooking classes, and wine tours, there are many charming cities nearby that are worth visiting. If you're arriving a few days early, we highly recommend taking a trip to Rome to see the iconic landmarks or Pisa to visit the famous Leaning Tower. For more ideas on things to do in Tuscany and nearby cities, check out the Things to Do page, where we've listed some of our favorite spots and activities.
