Please RSVP by April 14th, 2025 to give us enough time to finalize arrangements. You can RSVP directly on the website.
We would love to celebrate with you, but it’s important that we receive your RSVP by the specified date. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP on time, we’ll have to assume you won’t be attending. This is to ensure we can provide exact guest counts to our vendors and make sure everything is prepared for the big day. Please be sure to RSVP by the deadline so we can plan accordingly! If you have issues with the website RSVP feel free to personally contact the bride and groom.

Yes! We will have a welcome dinner on 07/13/2025 for those arriving early. Details for both will be provided closer to the event.
For the Welcome Party, we’re going with a garden party theme, so please wear semi-formal attire—think light and comfortable for a relaxed day outdoors. For the Wedding Day, we’re asking for formal attire. The ceremony and reception will have an elegant, formal feel, so we encourage you to dress up for this special occasion. Since it’s July in Tuscany, the weather can be quite warm, so be prepared for the summer heat. We recommend lightweight fabrics and comfortable shoes, especially if you're walking outdoors. For more detailed information on attire, please visit the Attire page.
The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors at the stunning Villa Cini, surrounded by the breathtaking Tuscan countryside. Afterward, we’ll move to the indoor area where the party will take place.
The closest airport is Florence Airport (FLR), which is approximately an hour away from the venue. You can rent a car, book a shuttle, or take a private transfer to the venue. We recommend renting a car for flexibility or coordinating with other guests for a group transfer. Cheaper flights are available arriving at Rome Airport, please note that Rome Airport is 2.5 hours away from the Venue, so you might need to rent a car.
Depending on your home country, there may be travel restrictions or requirements such as proof of vaccination, travel insurance, or COVID-19 tests. Please check the latest government guidelines or consult your airline for specific information closer to your departure.
There are several hotels and accommodations near the venue ranging from 2 to 5 stars, with prices from $80 to $300 per night. Most of these hotels have a rustic charm as the region is rich in history. For those looking for a more unique experience, there are also Airbnbs nearby. You can find a list of recommended accommodations on the Accommodation page of this website.
Renting a car is a great option if you want the flexibility to explore Tuscany. However, if you plan to stay near the venue, there are local taxis and shuttles available. We recommend coordinating with other guests if you want to travel together.
Yes, the venue offers free parking for all guests, so feel free to drive and park your car without any worries.
Tuscany is full of beauty and history, offering plenty to explore! In addition to the stunning landscapes, cooking classes, and wine tours, there are many charming cities nearby that are worth visiting. If you're arriving a few days early, we highly recommend taking a trip to Rome to see the iconic landmarks or Pisa to visit the famous Leaning Tower. For more ideas on things to do in Tuscany and nearby cities, check out the Things to Do page, where we've listed some of our favorite spots and activities.
Tuscany in early July is typically warm and sunny, with average temperatures ranging from 75°F to 85°F (24°C to 29°C) during the day. It can get quite hot, especially in the afternoon, but the evenings are usually cooler and more comfortable. We recommend dressing in light, breathable fabrics for comfort during the outdoor ceremony and dinner.
Yes, we’re happy to have children join us on our special day! Families are more than welcome to bring their little ones. If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out!
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we will make sure your needs are accommodated. Tuscany is known for its amazing cuisine, and we’ll do our best to ensure everyone enjoys the meal.
Yes! We’re excited to offer a 3-hour open bar during the reception so you can enjoy your favorite drinks as we celebrate together.
We kindly ask that guests remain unplugged during the ceremony to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the moment. We want to create a special, distraction-free environment, so please leave your phones and cameras off during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the beautiful moments, and we’ll be sure to share them with you afterward.
If you are unable to attend, please be sure to mark “not attending” on your RSVP before the deadline. If you’ve already marked “attending” but something comes up, we kindly ask that you notify the bride or groom as soon as you are aware, so we can adjust our plans accordingly.
