Transportation To and From the Airport

If you booked both your room and flight through Apple Vacations there is nothing further you need to do. If you booked your room through Apple Vacations and your flight through a different provider please send your booking information to wgtservice@applelg.net by March 25th. Include the airlines with which you are traveling, the flight numbers, and the times that you arrive in and depart from your destination. You may also forward your flight confirmation from the airline. Please include CGCCDWKAWED in the e-mail subject line. If you booked your room directly through Palladium they will arrange transportation. If you did not book though Apple Vacations or Palladium airport transfer may not be included. You can take a take a taxi to and from or arrange transportation through Palladium. Please reach out to Krista or Andrew to make arrangements.

Customize your stay prior to arrival with the help of the virtual butler! The butler can help book your dinners at à la carte restaurants, give you advice on activities in and outside the resort, among other services like choosing what drinks and pillows you would like in your room. This is not required but highly recommend by the couple. It will make sure your room is exactly how you prefer it when you arrive.
