She is a proud fiancée who deeply loves and admires her soon-to-be husband, a devoted mother to her beautiful daughters, Mykayla and Jayda, and the founder of Sista Circle — a space created to inspire sisterhood, empowerment, and authentic connection among women. Perecia finds joy in life’s simple yet meaningful moments — nature walks, bike rides, soulful conversations, and quality time with family and friends. Guided by her Christian beliefs, she embraces mindfulness techniques and holistic practices that nurture peace, balance, and positive energy. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Eta Theta Zeta Chapter, embodying the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.

Dr. D. Alvin Darden, Jr.

Dr. Don, Jr. Darden, a native of Colon, Panama, was raised in Jesup, Georgia, and has dedicated his life to ministry, education, leadership, and service. Called to preach at the age of 14, he pursued higher education in Christian counseling, religion, business administration, management, theology, divinity, and pastoral leadership through institutions including Georgia Military College, Strayer University, and Liberty University. He also serves as a certified chaplain and marriage facilitator, supporting premarital and married couples. Dr. Darden proudly served 22 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a First Sergeant in 2003. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership roles, including president of the NAACP in Jesup, Georgia, chairman of the board for Thrive Academy, and associate minister at Bennett Union Missionary Baptist Church. He is married to Sharon Darden, a fellow military veteran, and together they have two children, Stephon and Alexis. Since accepting the call to lead Liberty Baptist Church in 2001, Dr. Darden has guided the ministry with the vision of “Achieving Greater Things,” emphasizing spiritual growth, biblical teaching, evangelism, and empowering believers through the power and presence of God. He is also an active member of the NAACP Richmond County Branch and serves as Basileus of Upsilon Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Fraternity, Inc.
