The RSVP deadline is April 25, 2026. You can RSVP here on the website, or you can contact either of us and we will note your response.
If you do not RSVP by the date indicated, we will assume you will not be attending our wedding and will mark you as a "will not attend". You (and anyone included in your invitation) will not be included in our final guest count given to our venue and vendors for seating, catering, etc.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony start time. This allows guests time to find parking, use the restroom, grab a seat, and get settled in before the ceremony begins.
Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Gathered Oaks in Alexandria, MN.
In order to give our venue and vendors an accurate guest count, we kindly request that you do not bring a guest unless it is indicated on your invitation that a guest may attend with you.
Our dinner will be served buffet style, so if there is anything that you cannot have or prefer not to eat, you may choose not to have it on your plate. If you have a severe food allergy and need something prepared completely separate, please reach out to either of us so we can accommodate this for you.
Please plan to bring your own form of payment (cash or card) if you would like to purchase any alcoholic beverages from the bar. Water, coffee, and soft drinks are covered for each guest for the entirety of the night. There is NO outside alcohol allowed on the property.
