Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVPs will be due on Monday, May 25th. Please ensure you respond on or before that date as we will need a headcount for our vendors. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any late RSVPs.

What is the address of the wedding venue?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception are at Beckets atrium and riverfront patio on Jackson St, Oshkosh, WI 54901.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Answer

Please do not park in the Beckets Restaurant parking lot. There is free parking available that our guest can use on our wedding day. Directions: Take Main Street to Ceape, turn West on Ceape and drive straight into the parking lot. At the farthest end of the parking lot is where the entrance will be with signage to ensure you enter the correct place. Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the riverfront patio pending weather and the reception will be indoors at the atrium.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates, or a suit and tie.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

We are not allowing unspecified plus-ones or children not listed on the invites, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend will be listed on your invitation.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving a plated dinner with a dessert table to follow.

Will there be meal options for guest with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We will have food options that are vegetarian, nut free, and gluten free. Please reach out to me or Kyle directly with allergies or concerns so the chefs take extra precautions, we want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open beer bar for guests to enjoy throughout the reception while supplies last & cash/credit bar for cocktails. Wine will also be provided during cocktail hour only.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue at least 20 minutes ahead of the start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will end around 11pm. Please keep in mind that the reception will turn into a party at 9pm and semi-explicit music may play. There will be outdoor games set up on the attached riverfront patio if you need to escape the party but would still like to stay and celebrate!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos.
