When should I RSVP by?

August 6th is the deadline to RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 3PM. Please arrive by 2:45PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, it's semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, so are suits & cocktails dresses. Casual attire is okay but we are asking for no jeans.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle service will be available to take you from The Holiday Inn Express & Suites to the ceremony & back at the end of the night. Shuttles for the ceremony will begin at 2:00 with the last shuttle departing at 2:45. Shuttles from the reception back to the hotel will begin at 8:30 and will make as many trips as possible with the last shuttle departing at 10:45.

Will the ceremony & reception take place inside or outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception will take place outdoors at Sanaview Farms. Please check the weather prior & pack accordingly. IE. A lighter dress if it is very warm or a sweater if the temperatures are supposed to drop into the evening. The reception area is partly covered but weather could effect it.

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. As much as we love everyone’s children, we can not accommodate for them all. We hope you take this as an opportunity to have a night off, let your hair down, and enjoy the party!
