The shuttle will be available to all guests regardless of if you are staying at the Hilton. The reception shuttle will be picking guests up at the Hilton hotel and dropping them off at the reception venue. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will provide return rides back to the Hilton. Shuttle schedule: 3:30 PM depart Hilton Hotel - travel to reception 4:30 PM depart Hilton Hotel - travel to reception 9:00 PM depart reception - travel to Hilton Hotel 10:00 PM depart reception - travel to Hilton Hotel 11:00 PM depart reception - travel to Hilton Hotel (last ride)
The Hilton hotel has valet parking accommodations or there are many city ramps and street parking around the hotel. Street parking on the weekend is typically free. There is a large free parking lot at St. Francis Church for the wedding ceremony. A shuttle will be provided from the Hilton hotel to the wedding reception and back. Any guests, regardless of if you are staying at the Hilton hotel, are welcome to take the shuttle to and from the reception. Additionally, there will be grass parking available at the reception.
We suggest grabbing a light meal or snack between the ceremony and reception. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm. Please see the Things to Do tab for food/drink suggestions.
We hope to see you in cocktail attire. Please note, the ceremony will be inside while the reception will be outside under a tent. Please dress accordingly for the weather. We will be celebrating rain or shine. Additionally, keep in mind the reception venue has primarily grass and gravel terrain.
