Welcome Party - Wedding Eve Hangout

We’ll be hanging out at a local brewery the night before the big day—eating, drinking, and catching up with all of you! Dress comfy and cozy. It’s casual: think mountain town vibes with a touch of early fall. A jacket or sweater is a smart move—Fraser evenings cool down fast.
The space will be reserved just for our group, and there will be a food truck on-site. All food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Ceremony

Elevated Outdoor — think mountain elegant
Dress to impress, but keep comfort in mind. The ceremony will take place on grass and dirt with some walking required, so we recommend sturdy or block-heeled shoes (no stilettos!). Layers or jackets are a smart idea for the mountain breeze.
Kilgallen Penrod Festival
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Our reception will have a relaxed, festival-style feel—outdoors in the mountains with music, nature, and a little bit of magic. Dress up with personality and comfort in mind. The ground is grassy and uneven, so skip the heels and bring your dancing shoes (or boots).
Our reception will be a festive celebration surrounded by the beauty of the mountains in Fraser. Enjoy delicious food and desserts, refreshing beer, live music, dancing, and yard games as we come together to celebrate this special day. We’ll have beer available for guests, but feel free to bring your favorite alcoholic beverage if you’d prefer something else. A quick note to our local friends: please bring your own lawn chair to stay comfy!
