Amanda was out in Wrigleyville with friends. Tyler was visitng a friend in Chicago that same weekend. They happen to have that mutual friend in common who invited Amanda’s group of girlfriends to their happy hour at O’Malley’s Liquor Kitchen that afternoon. After Amanda finished her plate of chicken wings, a friend recommended she go speak to Tyler (he had been talking politics and seemed to be right up Amanda’s alley). Tyler was also intently watching the Indianapolis Pacers game, but that instantly changed after she walked over. They hit it off and talked for almost two hours. Amanda had another party to go to, but fortunately Tyler got her number and they have talked (almost) everyday since. Wings, sports, politics- the rest is history! <3
