We would recommend staying in Portland's downtown Pearl District, which is a 25-minute drive to the Jenkins Estate. Since the Estate is in the suburbs, there is not as much to do in that area. Plus, should you choose to stay in Portland for more than one day, any other wedding activities will take place in Portland.
We've listed some good options with Queen-sized beds that are less than $140 per night below! Due to the small size of our wedding, we won't be reserving a room block for our guests. If you do want to coordinate with other friends and family to stay at the same hotel, that would be awesome!
For our friends flying from Iowa, there are direct flights from Des Moines to Portland via Allegiant Air for approximately $300 round-trip.
