Our Story

First comes love, then comes marriage...

A few years ago, two loving, goofy souls were brought together. The beginning of their relationship was light and fun--much like the start of most new relationships. But Dalton and Gerri Anna quickly realized that this wasn't something that comes around often. They both traveled back and forth on the weekends from the country, where Dalton was living, to the coast, where Gerri Anna was living, spending time with each other. Beach days, Saturday morning breakfasts, and many, many, MANY movie dates (it's kinda their thing, at this point)! Gerri Anna taught Dalton to always look for the good in things, in people, and in life. Dalton taught Gerri Anna how to kick back, relax, and live life a little more on edge. The list goes on! Now, they've settled down in K-town together, with a lot more adventuring to do with one another. And the best part, they get to adventure through life together as husband and wife!!

The Proposal

One adrenaline rush after another!

On a warm October morning, two young lovebirds headed to Virginia (after all, VA is for lovers!). The moods were great and the spirits were high. They were headed to Kings Dominion to celebrate GA's birthday--riding all the roller coasters was #1 on her to-do list that day. Little did she know, Dalton had a completely different #1 on his to-do! Dalton was insistent on going to the top of the Eiffel Tower--apparently it has the "best views of the park." Gerri Anna thought it was odd that Dalton cared about the view of the amusement park... but went along with it. Anything to get to the roller coasters quicker. As we approached the tower, Dalton realized it was closed for repairs! Panic set in, but quickly settled as he changed his plans to pop the question: right then, right there. Of course, GA said yes! It was the ultimate surprise, and no roller coaster came close to making her heart beat as fast as it did in that moment!! ________________________________________________________________________________ We absolutely cannot wait to start this new season of life! Dalton and I are so excited, and we would be so honored for you to celebrate with us. See you in June!
