Ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm CST with reception to follow. There will be hors d’oeuvres and a full dinner served. We hope you stay to celebrate with us! Below is our menu for the cocktail hour and reception. Passed Hors d’Oeuvres (during cocktail hour) - Baby potatoes topped with whipped sour cream, chives, and bacon - Smoked ham gougers with arugula and mustard aioli - Spinach & artichoke squares with red bell pepper & artichoke cream cheese Salad - Garden salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, croutons, and house made dressing Main Course (you will be served 4oz. of each meat and both sides) - Italian marinated chicken with basil-butter - Braised boneless beef short ribs with red wine beef sauce and cremini mushrooms - Roasted green beans with shallots and onions - Potatoes with brown butter and garlic
