Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

There is no set transportation to the venue. Alcohol will be available. Please drink responsibly. We ask that if you drink you have either a designated driver or have arranged for someone to come get you. You can leave your vehicle until the following day. We all want to have a good time. If you find yourself without a ride and have been drinking PLEASE let someone in the immediate family know. We will find you a safe ride home. The last thing we want is anyone getting hurt on our special day.

I have never been to Big W Ranch before. What should I know?

Answer

Big W Ranch is a working ranch. You will be greeted with a fence and a few different no trespassing signs. Please ignore those and continue driving into the ranch. You won't miss the parking, but please avoid parking directly in front of the barn. The wedding party has to walk from the houses to the barn. Once you are parked you will make your way into the large barn. Everything you need or want will be in this area. One more thing.. Big W has its own private runway. The owner of the property has asked that as you leave please make sure to follow the signs to avoid driving on the runway. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please bring your kids (unless you want a night out-we get it!) Mia is looking forward to playing with all her friends. We will have activities and fun for everyone!
