Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation and know if you can or cannot attend. We will need a final count no later than January 1st, 2025. If we do not receive response by this date, you will be marked as "Not Attending". If you cannot attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must have a total guest count to our venue, and they will not allow late RSVPs or accept any guests to enter the wedding not on the "Attending" list. Answer

We are requesting all guests dress in formal all black attire. Dress to impress! We request you wear no other colors than black. Our vision for the evening is thoroughly planned and curated. Please no gray tones and especially no white as the majority of your outfit. No bright colors as accents to your look. No jeans, t-shirts, ballcaps or sneakers Ladies - All black floor length gowns or a glitzy pantsuit would be stunning! Gentlemen - Black suit and tie or tux with black, gray or white shirts will flatter! We can't wait to see you dressed in your best! Please also bring a beautiful warm coat. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. Answer

Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This will allow you plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony site and check in. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 5pm.

Answer

Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will have self-parking available for all wedding guests at no charge. The self-parking lot is directly across the street from the Grand Californian main entrance. Valet is also available for an additional fee at the front entrance to the hotel itself.

Do I need a Disneyland ticket and reservation to attend the wedding?Do I need a Disneyland ticket and reservation to attend the wedding?

Answer

Kind of…. No purchased ticket is required. The wedding, although on Disney property, is outside of the theme parks themselves, so you will not need to purchase any additional tickets. Unless you want to visit the parks during the weekend! Then please feel free to visit the “Things To Do” page of this website for a link to discounted tickets! *HOWEVER* YOU WILL NEED the ticket provided to you in your invitation. If you have not received one, please reach out asap to get your event ticket.

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venues limitations, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one, they will be listed on your RSVP. If anyone listed under yourself cannot attend, please do not substitute another name. Our venue will not allow anyone not on the "Attending" list into the event.

While we love your little ones, our event will be an adults only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate your making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. Please have all phones and cameras put away and silenced. We will have the most wonderful photography team capturing every moment and memory! There will be special opportunities throughout the night for you to take photos & videos of your own.

YES! Please email our Maid of Honor at KatieBarba84@gmail.com to outline any needs you may have to ensure your meal is perfect!

Can we bring alcohol to the hotel?Can we bring alcohol to the hotel?

Answer

To ensure they uphold their liquor license, our venue does not allow any outside alcohol to be brought as gifts or consumed on premises. If you wish to gift any alcohol to the couple, please arrange to give it to them after the wedding. We will be providing a bar for our guests to enjoy the evening! So drinks are on us! We please ask that if you decide to drink, that you stay at a hotel onsite or take a ride share to and from the venue. We want everyone to enjoy the evening and be safe!
