What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to allow time for seating. The Mass will begin promptly at 2:00PM.

Yes, our wedding ceremony will include a full Catholic Mass.

Yes, parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests are welcome to return to the hotel, explore the area, or head directly to the reception venue for cocktail hour beginning at 5pm. Shuttle service will be available from the hotel.

If your invitation includes a guest’s name, they are welcome to attend with you. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation.

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise noted on your invitation.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, shuttle service will be available from the hotel to the reception venue following the ceremony. Additional shuttle timing details will be shared closer to the wedding day.
