We met during the summer of 2013. That summer we became immediate friends and spent a lot of time together. After the summer ended, life got busy and we didn't see or talk to each other much... Two years later, out of the blue, we met up for drinks and to shoot pool. From that night on, we were virtually inseparable!

We were all hanging around at Mike's parents' house one summer afternoon when the guys decided to have some arm-wrestling matches. After a few matches, Mike's dad, Aaron, told Mike that if he lost this one, he had to officially ask Megan out! Mike claims he lost on purpose, but no one can be sure. It is certain that after that, Mike asked Megan to be his girlfriend!

Mike, Megan, and Chris spent Labor Day weekend at Brainerd International Raceway (BIR) for the 30th Annual GSTA Muscle Car Shootout. Friday went by relatively uneventful, but that changed on Saturday! Due to a dirt bike accident, we spent the majority of Saturday afternoon in the hospital, so Mike could get stitched up. After the crazy events of the previous day, much of Sunday was spent relaxing. While relaxing by the camper shortly before sunset, Mike got down on one knee (wincing in pain from the stitches in his leg) and asked Megan to marry him! Thanks to Chris, we got it all on video. Now, let the wedding planning commence! We are looking forward to our wedding and having you all there!
