When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible! We will need to have final RSVP by June 1st, but we would prefer to know this earlier.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our celebration is Black Tie optional. Feel free to lean formal with tuxedos and long gowns, or keep it classic with a suit or elevated cocktail attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm, the ceremony will be starting at 4:00pm!

Are kids welcome?

Invitations will include the names of children who are invited!

Yes, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the Hagadone Event Center.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A ferry boat will depart from the Coeur d'Alene resort at 3:15pm, boarding starts at 2:45 pm. Charter buses will return guests to the Coeur d'Alene resort starting from 8:15 until 10:00pm

Will there be an open or cash bar?

Answer

Beer, Wine, Cocktails, Specialty Cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! There will be cocktails and beverages available for purchase on the ferry ride over.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony! Please put phones and cameras away during the ceremony so our professional photographers and videographers can capture the moment — and so everyone can enjoy it with us. We can’t wait to share photos afterward!
