Maid of Honor
“They’ve been wreaking havoc on this earth together since 1998” ~literally anyone who has seen the two interact The bride’s ride or die and stunning younger sister. Elisabeth has been effectively managing being the youngest out of four and will now manage being by her sister’s side on her wedding day. “I truly could not have asked for a better sister”~ Mary
Bridesmaid
The bride’s best friend since middle school. Sarah has seen Mary through her highest highs and lowest lows. She’s a lover of Newfies, travel, art and music. Not to brag but she’s also the ultimate cool girl ;) She’s also very much the catalyst of Mary’s Zelda obsession. “The only distance that matters, is the distance between our hearts”~Legend of Zelda, Tears of the Kingdom (yes… I had to!)
Bridesmaid
You know that person in your friend group who’s absolute gold inside and out? Super empathetic, sweet as sugar, patient, and could probably do no wrong? Yeah, that would be Sylvia! She and Mary met in college, graduated, then ended up going to grad school for counseling together! Quite the gamer herself, Sylvia and Mary have been teaming up on Fridays to play Fall Guys. Mary enjoys laughing with her, decompressing from the week, and discussing the newest games.
Bridesmaid
Mary and Julia are cousins and have been witnesses to each other’s growth throughout the years. Julia is true to herself, provides a calm presence, and is a good friend. She’s always there for others and lends a listening ear when you need it. I guess you could say she’s the calm amidst the chaos!
Bridesmaid
Ryan has brought many blessings into Mary’s life. One of those blessings being Cassie. She’s the wife of Mike Mooney (one of Ryan’s groomsmen), a mother, and the edgy big sister that Mary has never had. Cassie has endured pun battles between the bride and groom. She’s ran spartan races with them. And now, she’ll be with the couple as they become husband and wife. “Thank you for being in my life, and for welcoming me into your family Cassie!”~Mary
Best Man
The best storyteller, and most personable friend I have. An imagination as wide as his wingspan. There are many connections and adventures I never would have had if not for him. His own life experiences have shaped him into the person he is now, which chiefly includes being a loving father. Whether it’s a weekly gathering of friends, renaissance faire, comic convention, trip to the movies, etc., Rob brings the same level of passion, excitement, and imagination to them all.
Groomsman
My friend since first grade, is a skilled martial artist, and has molded himself into a respectable and mindful person over the years. We share memories that range anywhere from building pillow forts and irritating baby sitters, to teaching each other new lifting or jiujitsu techniques. He also shares the same exploratory nature that I do when it comes to creating new food combinations.
Groomsman
picture if you will: a 230 pound animal lover who is an experienced martial artist, competitive shooter, comic book reader, dedicated father and friend, that has the mental mannerisms of a raccoon. That’s Mike. Always looking for new methods of self improvement, and ways to refine whatever he may be focusing on. And is willing to share those methods with anyone who will listen. Many of you have seen some of the costumes or props that I’ve made for renaissance faires or conventions. None of those would have been started had he not introduced me to the creative methods he was teaching himself.
Groomsman
A steadfast friend who’s always willing to extend his hand to anyone who asks. Unless you’re playing against him in Street Fighter, then you’re in for a rough time. He’s also always willing to share a good joke or story. If you’re looking for the source that started my terrible puns and humor, you found him. I met Mary by starting a pun battle with her. So technically speaking, if I had not adapted that habit from Jeff, Mary and I may have never met.
Groomsman
I’ve known Josh since he was either five or six. He’s shared many of the same experiences with me and the rest of our friend group. As we all got older, I started growing horizontally…and Josh just kept growing vertically. Never thought that I’d have to look up to someone younger than me. With him recently becoming a new father, he’s been growing in a similar fashion with as much fortitude and flexibility as this new step in his life dictates. That is a quality anyone can look up to.
