What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:30 pm to allow for enough time to find parking and get seated before the ceremony.

Where I should I fly into?

Answer

The easiest travel route is to fly into the Portland Jetport (PWM). The airport is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Portland and you can use a ride share app or taxi for transportation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal—suits or cocktail attire preferred. Please avoid white, and kindly refrain from wearing a saree unless it is part of your cultural attire.

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience. We kindly request that you RSVP no later than July 6th.

Unfortunately space is limited. Please only bring a date if your invite includes a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Please include the number of children coming with you in the RSVP. However, if you require childcare, please make your own arrangements prior to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is street parking at Fort Allen and also at DiMillo's. (DiMillo's will validate parking)

What is the train ride?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, we invite all guests to join us for a scenic 45-minute ride aboard a historic narrow gauge train. Getting to the train will involve going down some steps and walking on grass. This relaxed journey along Portland’s waterfront offers beautiful views of Casco Bay and the Eastern Promenade—a perfect way to soak in the coastal charm before heading to the reception. Fun and enjoyable for all ages!
