Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, Liberty Mountain Resort (Boulder Ridge). Followed by cocktail hour and reception. 78 Country Club Trail Fairfield, PA 17320 717-642-8282

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm on Friday, October 15th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! Please no jeans.

Question

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking next to Boulder Ridge at Liberty Mountain Resort. There will also be a shuttle service to and from the main hotel for guests that prefer to not park at Boulder Ridge.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you. Your RSVP will also indicate the number of seats reserved for each invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions! Can I bring my children?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your RSVP will indicate the number of seats reserved. Where are you registered at?

Answer

We are currently working on our registration. We are registered at Zola and Target. Please view the registration tab on our wedding website.

Will there be an Open Bar or Cash Bar?

Answer

A mix of both. We will be providing a limited amount adult beverages to our guests. There will also be a full bar for our guests to purchase other beverages once that limit has been met and/or if you prefer something different to consume! Liberty Mountain Resort does have an alcohol policy: Outside alcohol is not permitted. Shots are not allowed as part of our bar service. Identification showing proof of age will be required of everyone consuming alcohol.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Cabernet (shade of burgundy), Ivory, Grey, with a touch of gold!

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

RSVP will be due no later than September 3rd. Your RSVP will indicate number of seats reserved. Please list names of each person, as well as initial their meal choice.

Will there be food served?

Answer

Heck yes! We will have appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a seated dinner, and then cupcakes!

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Absolutely! Get your dance shoes on! Great Scott Productions will be providing the music, so kick off your shoes and find the dancefloor! We will also have a photo booth set- up for you to snap some pictures starting during cocktail hour and through the evening.

Can I take pictures and post them to social media?

Answer

Yes! However, we ask that during the ceremony to please be mindful of where our wonderful photographer is and please do not block or have your phones/cameras in the view of her taking pictures. If posting to social media please tag us or send them to us. If posting to Instagram please add the hashtag of #MrsBarndt2021.

Are masks required?

Answer

Update as of 9/2/2021: Masks will be required while inside the reception venue. We are sorry for any inconvenience. The ceremony will be outside and there will be a balcony outside as well.
