Built by the family of architects that build Central Park in Manhattan. It is less than a block from the hotel. Great place to run/walk/people watch.

National Center for Civil and Human Rights
DON'T MISS: The National Center for Civil and Human Rights, which opened in 2014, is a museum and human rights organization in Atlanta that inspires people to tap their own power to change the world around them. The Center’s iconic exhibitions feature the papers and artifacts of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.; the history of the civil rights movement in the United States; and stories from the struggle for human rights around the world today.
High Museum of Art
Awesome Museum and 1 block from the hotel. Will post exhibits happening as it gets closer. It also has a great wine bar/restaurant attached called 1280.
Atlanta Botanical Garden
The Botanical Garden can be accessed through Piedmont Park and is walkable from the hotel as well. We are members and love going to the events they offer.
5Church Midtown
One of our favorite locations to eat. We love the owners Val and Ayman (they will be at the wedding). The lamb burger and truffle fries are a must. And the sushi tots are amazing.
Colony Square
You can access Colony Square from mezzanine level of the hotel directly into a gourmet food court with a full bar. (Great place to grab lunch). Will add some of the links to restaurants we like there as well. Also a movie theatre, nail salon, Starbucks, and Chick-Fil-A
Ponce City Market
If you need a cool shopping experience Ponce is about 3 miles away but is in a converted Sears Building dating back to 1926. It has a great rooftop with views of the city.
Atlanta BeltLine
You can pick up the Beltline on the corner of Monroe and 10th. You can cut through the park to get there. There are restaurants and cool murals along the way. Great if you are a runner or want to rent bikes.
Jojo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge

Politan Row at Colony Square
This is the gourmet food court attached to the hotel. Chef driven with full service bar. Great to grab lunch and people watch.
Georgia Aquarium
If you have never been to an aquarium with Whale Sharks? Amazing experience.
