Bem vindo a Portugal! Welcome to Portugal! Obrigado por viajar para comemorar nosso casamento. Thank you for traveling to celebrate our wedding. Portugal is a country rich with historic landmarks, architecture, delicious cuisine, and scenic nature. Explore and make some memories within the great country of Portugal. Our wedding venue is at Quinta da Marmela located 1 hour and 8 minutes, northeast from Lisbon Airport. We highly recommend staying in Lisbon prior/after the wedding. There is much to see and do within the capital city of Lisbon. We have a hotel block available for the night of the wedding in Torres Novas. The town closest to villa within the charming country side of central Portugal. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions or recommendations. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Lisbon, Portugal. Please join us for pizza and drinks starting at 3:15pm from 5:15pm at Capricciosa Doca de Santo. Afterwards, we will have a sunset boat cruise on the Tagus river. The restaurant is in front of the dock, Our boat leaves at 5:30pm. The meeting point for the boat boarding is at Doca de Alcântara, (also known as Doca do Espanhol). What to bring: Sunscreen Comfortable shoes (thin heels not allowed) sunglasses are recommended A coat (in the end of the day at the river it can get cool but you can always shelter in our glass room) How to get there: By car, you can park in the paid outdoor park By taxi or uber (destination: Doca de Alcântara) By bicycle or scooter By train on the Cais do Sodré – Cascais line, exit at Alcântara-Mar station (+7m walking) By bus 712/728, exit at Alcântara-Mar stop (+7m walking) By bus 201/720/732/736/760, exit at Alcântara-24deJulho stop By tram 15/18, exit at the Alcântara-24deJulho stop
