Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Poughkeepsie/Fishkill (Group Code 900) for our guests. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and the wedding venue. To easily book a room online, visit our "Travel" page on the website and click the green "View" button.

Can I bring a date?

To keep things intimate, we’re only able to include those listed on the invitation. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time does the Hotel Shuttle come and go?

Answer

A shuttle will run from the hotel around 4:00-4:15 and arrive at Hollow Brook around 4:45-5:00. The shuttle will depart at the end of the reception around 11:00.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive no later than 5:00PM to allow time to park, enter the ceremony space, & find a seat.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that, during our ceremony, you enjoy the special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket. We have hired a photographer to ensure we capture every detail, and we will be more than happy to share those photos with you after-the-fact. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to take as many as possible!
