Question
I see this will be held on a military installation. I don't have a DoD ID card. How will I get on base for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We will provide a list of personnel to the visitor's center at Fort Lewis to obtain a guest pass for you. You will need to show 2 forms of government issued ID ie. driver's license, social security card, birth certificate.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception is family friendly, but please include children in your total number of guests on the RSVP. Also note that we will have alcohol present.
Question
Will the buffet include options for dietary restrictions ie. Gluten free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Keto?
Answer
No. In addition, the venue does not allow any outside food or beverage. That said, it IS a buffet style dinner and the menu listed on the "schedule" section of our site so that you can best prepare.

Will there be a gift table?
Answer
Yes, because we know that some of you can't resist. We have everything we need and simply request the presence of your company to celebrate with us! For those of you who are insistent on a gift, we have developed a Honeyfund where you can contribute to our experiences on our honeymoon if you so wish: https://www.honeyfund.com/site/frye-peebles-11-25-2024 and a QR code will be provided on the gift table as well.

Will this be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and the reception will be indoors with an outdoor patio attached. You will have access to stroll along the lake if you would like. Bring a jacket as it will be cool!

How late should I plan to party?
Answer
It's up to you! But the last song will play at 9:00pm and we will have to vacate then.

Where do we sit?
Answer
The ceremony in the atrium will be open seating, with exception of chairs that are reserved for family in the front. The reception has assigned seating, so find your name!
Question
Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! But only up to $400. So once that tab is met, you'll have to pay your own way for drinks. This includes soda.
