Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to Howey Mansion up to 20-30 minutes prior to the five o'clock in the afternoon to comfortably find your seat before the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided via a shuttle for guests staying at the Mission Inn Resort. The shuttle will bring you to and from the resort and venue from 4pm to 11pm.

Are there any phone policies for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We ask you to be fully present with us during our ceremony and to turn off cell phones and cameras to enjoy this special moment with us! We promise to share all the great photos from our amazing photographers!

I am in the Bridal Party, what time is the rehearsal and where?

Answer

They rehearsal will be at 3:30PM at the venue, Howey Mansion. The rehearsal is estimated to last about an hour.

I am in the Bridal Party, are there plans after the Rehearsal?

Answer

Yes, we will be meeting at Crooked Can for drinks and food at 6:30pm. It is a casual, hangout with first come, first serve seating. The address is: 426 W Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34787.

I know there is a shuttle to take me from Mission Inn Resort to the venue, but where does it pick up and drop off?

Answer

The shuttle provided by MEARS will be picking up and dropping off at the San Diego Lobby at Mission Inn Resort. This is just passed the main lobby.

I know there is a shuttle to take me from Mission Inn Resort to the venue, but when does it start taking guests for the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will be at the San Diego Lobby to take guests from the resort to the venue at 4PM. If you are immediate family of the Bride and Groom, the shuttle will begin to bring family over at 2PM. Please ensure to arrive at the Sand Diego 10-15 minutes before you need to leave to catch the shuttle.

How often will the shuttle be be going back and forth?

It should be doing trips every 15 minutes. Please note the shuttle will remain on standby at Mission Inn until the ceremony starts. And once the cocktail hour starts the shuttle will remain on standby at Howey Mansion.

What time does the cocktail hour and reception start?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at 6pm promptly after the ceremony finishes. The reception will begin at 7pm.

Answer

Yes, bring your best dancing shoes and get your cup filled up at our open bar you party animals!!! Please don't forget cash to tip your bartenders <3
