Transportation will be provided via a shuttle for guests staying at the Mission Inn Resort. The shuttle will bring you to and from the resort and venue from 4pm to 11pm.
Yes! We ask you to be fully present with us during our ceremony and to turn off cell phones and cameras to enjoy this special moment with us! We promise to share all the great photos from our amazing photographers!
They rehearsal will be at 3:30PM at the venue, Howey Mansion. The rehearsal is estimated to last about an hour.
Yes, we will be meeting at Crooked Can for drinks and food at 6:30pm. It is a casual, hangout with first come, first serve seating. The address is: 426 W Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
The shuttle provided by MEARS will be picking up and dropping off at the San Diego Lobby at Mission Inn Resort. This is just passed the main lobby.
The shuttle will be at the San Diego Lobby to take guests from the resort to the venue at 4PM. If you are immediate family of the Bride and Groom, the shuttle will begin to bring family over at 2PM. Please ensure to arrive at the Sand Diego 10-15 minutes before you need to leave to catch the shuttle.
It should be doing trips every 15 minutes. Please note the shuttle will remain on standby at Mission Inn until the ceremony starts. And once the cocktail hour starts the shuttle will remain on standby at Howey Mansion.
Cocktail hour will begin at 6pm promptly after the ceremony finishes. The reception will begin at 7pm.
