Transportation to Rancho Encantado

Shuttles will pick guests up from La Fonda Hotel (on E San Francisco St) and will leave at 5:20pm sharp to ensure everyone arrives to the venue in time for the ceremony. Please plan ahead and arrive to La Fonda early. There will be no other transportation provided to the venue if you miss the shuttles!
Wedding Ceremony
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

The ceremony will be held on an open-air terrace, so please wear sunscreen! Attire is formal (expect sunny weather and high temperatures).
Cocktail Hour and Reception
6:30 pm
Following the ceremony, we're hosting a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres. This will be in a partially covered outdoor patio, but there will be indoor seating available if desired. After the cocktail hour, we'll move into the Aspen Ballroom for dinner, cake-cutting, and dancing! After dinner, there will be a cash-bar if you'd like to order additional drinks. Shuttles back to the La Fonda (and other close-by locations) will begin at 9:30pm and continue through the night.
