Our venue, Pine Haven Venue & Lodging, is conveniently located just 10 minutes outside of Rapid City, SD. The address is 13514 US-16, Rapid City, SD 57702.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up! The dress code for our celebration is semi formal. All colors are welcome, but we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

You’re welcome to RSVP as soon as you’d like! Please be sure to respond “yes” or “no” by May 15, 2026. This will help us finalize our guest count ahead of the wedding.

Where should I stay?

We are so grateful to all of you for traveling and can’t wait to celebrate together! For those wishing to stay nearby, our venue is just 10 minutes outside of Rapid City. The venue also features a campground with a limited number of cabins. While we do not have cabins reserved for the wedding, you’re welcome to check the Pine Haven Lodging website for availability.

When should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We kindly suggest arriving between 3:00 to 3:30PM to allow plenty of time to park, find a seat, and settle in before the ceremony starts. Convenient parking is available right outside the venue.

Where is our registry?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and generosity as we celebrate our wedding. Your presence truly means the most to us. Should you wish to give a gift, a heartfelt card would be cherished or a monetary contribution toward our future together would be sincerely appreciated.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our venue offers stunning views of Black Hills, and we’re so excited for you to enjoy them with us! The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception indoors. In the event of inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception can be moved indoors.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired the wonderful Sarah from Wandering Wilde Media to capture our day beautifully. During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you relax and be fully present with us by keeping phones away. Feel free to take photos after the ceremony and we can’t wait to celebrate together!
