When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you will be joining us in celebrating our marriage by September 30, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, and ladies are invited to wear floor length dresses.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony for guests staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Lynchburg. If you are lodging elsewhere, please plan your own travel to and from the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue offers ample parking for our guests. Attendants will be available to assist upon arrival.
