Question

What is the wedding dress code

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. All that is asked is everyone is dressed respectfully for the Church. Please wear what you are most comfortable in and feel your best in at the end of the day!

Where do we park at the Church

Answer

At the Church there is a fairly large lot directly infront designated to and for the Church so please park as you see fit, there will be plenty of space for everyone.

Where do we park at the venue?

Answer

There is a small public parking lot on King St W, across from the venue. However it is recommended to park on the residental streets surrounding the venue if there is no space there, primarily there is space usually available on Locke St N. It is first come first serve so please see schedule to ensure you give yourself enough time to find parking if you need to.

Where do we sit at the church?

Answer

Please sit on any side you would like as long as you are comfortable. All we ask is that the first rows on either side are left for immediate family members. Some spots may be blocked off this is just due to the size of the church.

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but due to space/venue limitations, we are keeping it adults-only. We truly appreciate your understanding.

How do we RSVP?

Answer

On your formal invitation there will be a QR code that will direct you to our website to be able to RSVP as well as pick your menu for each guest, if there are any issues with the site you can contact either the Bride or the Groom for help. Please ensure you are RSVP'ing by the given date as there will be no acceptions for late responses/no responses.

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding and celebrating with us!

Answer

There are plenty of hotels in the area if any guests are interested in staying the night instead of commuting. A few examples are listed below. -Hampton Inn by Hilton Hamilton (7 Queen St N, Hamilton ON, L8R2T9) -Admiral Inn (149 Dundurn St N, Hamilton ON, L8R3M1) -Staybridge Suites Hamilton (20 Caroline St S, Hamilton ON, L8P0B1) -Sheraton Hamilton Hotel (116 King St W, Hamilton ON, L8P4V3)

Can we take pictures in the Church?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony!! We have put our hard earned money into a professional photographer for the day so we ask that you please turn off and put away your phones/cameras during our ceremony and just enjoy the time with us.

What do we do between the events?

Answer

There will be approximately 3 hours between the ceremony and cocktail hour, please feel free to explore Hamilton, get a coffee, ect. Please keep in mind it is a Friday so there could be traffic.
