RSVPs are due by February 3, 2024. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get an RSVP back by February 3, 2024, it will be marked as a "No" and your presence will surely be missed. To RSVP, please visit the RSVP tab of our website and complete the forms!
Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Our wedding is black-tie. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, midi formal dresses. Gentleman can wear a suit and tie or tuxedo.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please arrive by 4:00 to have a welcome drink and find a seat. Please note that the venue doors will close 5 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Once doors close, guests will not be permitted to enter until after the recessional concludes.
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (the only exception are the children in our wedding party/immediate family). Invitations are specific and will include the names of children who are invited. The after-party will be a 21 and up event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
A shuttle will be provided to and from the Luminary Hotel. The shuttles will pick up from the Luminary Hotel at 3:30. The shuttles will pick up from the venue after the reception ends at 10:00 p.m.
Yes, however, there is no overnight parking. If you plan on indulging in the open bar please have a designated driver, uber/lyft, or take the free shuttle to the venue from the Luminary Hotel.
Please see the "Schedule" page.
Invitations will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor. Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones at this time. We thank you for understanding.
Yes. When it comes time to RSVP there will be a section during meal selection to input any dietary restraints.
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. There is indoor space available during cocktail hour, however majority of the day will take place outdoors.
In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers who will capture those special moments and we would be upset if any well-intentioned guests' phone blocked their views. We will, of course, share our photos with you afterward! After the ceremony, we would LOVE for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate!
