While we LOVE your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving our friends at home so you can celebrate with us!
The dress code for our wedding is semi formal! Please NO blue jeans. We also kindly ask to reserve traditional wedding colors for the bride which includes - whites, ivories and creams.
Yes there will be a shuttle to and from the hotel! Be aware there aren’t many ride shares in butler, so keep that in mind while arranging rides!
Yes! The atrium has plenty of parking! Also if you need to leave your car over night in their parking lot, they just ask to pick up in the morning !
YES!! We are just as excited as you are to be sharing our special day together, however, we would like everyone to be present in the moment. Phone are asked to be put on silence and tucked away during the entire duration of our ceremony. Don’t worry! We will have a photographer there to capture the moments and will be happy to share the photos with everyone ❤️
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30 pm. We recommend guest arrive between 2:45-3:15 pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. However, we’re hoping to have the cocktail hour outside—weather permitting. Either way, we’ve got a beautiful space ready for celebrating, rain or shine!
Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at a nearby hotel for your convenience. Please let us know if you are interested in getting a room and we will send over booking links, discount codes, and reservation deadlines. We recommend booking early, as rooms may fill up quickly!
