Question
Will I need to bring cash?
Answer
Only if you want! The bride and groom are providing beer for a portion of the night. After that alcoholic beverage will need to be purchased by guests. The bride and groom have opted to do a dollar dance. We will have a gift table for cards etc, we also have a virtual honeymoon fund that you are able to contribute to. A QR code will be provided at the reception or you can visit our registry tab from our wedding website as well. We will also have a honeymoon fund jar on the gift table.

Your attendance is the best gift we could ask for! We will also have a honeymoon fund at the reception. You can also donate to our honeymoon fund from our website by clicking the registry tab. Thank you so much!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be parking below the wedding venue and transportation will be provided to and from the parking lot. Don’t worry the transportation vehicle is enclosed and heated so you will stay warm and cozy!

Is the ceremony and reception inside or out?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be inside but we do recommend bringing a jacket for your ride from the parking area to the venue.

What drink options will you have?
Answer
Non-alcohol: We will have tea, water and Coffee for free! Sodas can be purchased at the bar for $2 We are having a blended bar. This means that Beer will be provided up to a certain amount, then guests will be asked to pay. Other alcohol options are available but are not provided by the bride and groom. The venue only accepts cash.

Is there going to be a guest book?
Answer
Yes! The bride and groom have decided to do a guest quilt! Squares of fabric will be available on the gift table along with fabric pens. Please feel free to leave us a message or just sign your name! When signing please remember to leave a 1 inch margin so when our quilt is sewn together we won’t lose any of your warm wishes!

Absolutely, please just make sure they are included in your RSVP response.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our groomsmen are wearing jeans. Our bridesmaids are wearing dresses. We suggest you don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Do I need to bring my ID?
Answer
If you plan to purchase alcohol at our reception, our venue requires a photo ID to be provided.

What items are not permitted?
Answer
The Village has requested that no koozies or fireworks are used during the event. There will be a designated smoking area located by the fire pit outside.

Is the reception right after the wedding?
Answer
The bride and groom have allotted 30 minutes after the wedding ceremony for photos. However the bride and groom would like their guests to stay put and enjoy drinks and nachos during this time.
