We met the good old fashion way.... online... on a dating website. After talking online and through text for a few days, we decided to go on our first date April 22, 2017 We went to Adventure Village and played a round of mini-golf; followed by a walk on the beach and dinner at Hutch's On May 18 2017, after a night of bowling and meeting Mike's friends, we were sitting outside of his house in his car, when he turned to me and asked if I "would like to go steady".

On Christmas Eve, before heading out to a family event, we sat on our couch and Michael passed me a gift to open. Inside was a mini photo printer that I had wanted. I opened the box of the printer, and sitting inside were two photos that Michael had printed out. One was a photo of a letter he had written out, telling me how me he loves me and asking me to "go steady forever". The other was a photo of the engagement ring. Michael pulled another gift out from under the tree, which was the ring. I cried, repeated "really" several times, and said YES! We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you! See you in June!
