As much as we would love to include everyone, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If a plus-one has been extended to you, it will be clearly noted on your invitation. We kindly ask that no additional guests attend. Thank you so much for understanding as we keep our wedding an intimate celebration!

We recommend a semi-formal dress code. Think cocktail attire or dressy outfits—something polished but still comfortable enough to celebrate with us! No jeans please!
We kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who we want to be able to fully capture the moment without distraction. However, you’re more than welcome to take photos during the rest of the celebration—we’d love for you to share your memories with us!
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be primarily indoors. A rain plan is in place if needed!
While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adult-only celebration. There will be a small number of children in attendance who are part of our immediate family and close family friends. We hope this gives you an opportunity to enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us, and we truly appreciate your understanding!
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. The ceremony will begin promptly, so please plan ahead to ensure you’re comfortably seated before the start time. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes! Along with some light bites during cocktail hour, dinner will be served at the reception.
We’ve chosen to keep the celebration alcohol-free as we honor the covenant we are making together. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and truly appreciate your understanding and support!
Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration. When submitting your RSVP on our website, there will be a spot to add any dietary restrictions or food allergies—please be sure to let us know there, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
While we haven’t reserved a hotel room block, there are plenty of great accommodations in the Lynchburg area, all within about 30–40 minutes of our venue in Goode. Be sure to check out the “Travel” page on our website for some of our recommendations! You’ll also find many Airbnb and Vrbo options in Lynchburg, Forest, and Goode. If you have any questions or need additional suggestions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Glass Hill Venue, and there is free parking available right on site for guests.
We will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels and the venue. Please note that the venue is located down some back roads, so we recommend allowing a little extra travel time and using GPS for the most accurate directions.
