- Click on the "View" box, then click on the blue box “Book a Room". - Below the gold banner at the top of the page, on the right hand side is a link to “Edit Stay”. - Click on that link and enter your check in and check out date. - To the right of the dates, update the amount of rooms and people in each room and then click update. It will take you to the room types and rates. Then click the room type. - This will take you to the page where you will enter information for the reservation including credit card. - You can also call the hotel at (941)-721-4000, and ask for the Rider Pearce room block PLEASE NOTE: If you fly in on Saturday, day of wedding, you will not be able to get into your room until 3 PM. You need to make sure you have time to get ready and get on bus to venue for our ceremony.
