What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest are encouraged to arrive at 3:30pm as ceremony will begin at 4pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site at the wedding venue. Uber transportation in town is limited since it is a small town.
