Check out the "Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway" and "Old Man of the Mountain Profile Plaza and Museum" while you're at the park!
From I-93 in Plymouth, take Exit 26 for NH-25 West. Stay west on NH-25 for 7.3 miles, then turn right onto Main Street for Rumney Village. In 0.7 miles, turn left onto Buffalo Rd at the village center. Continue west on Buffalo Road for 2.4 miles, and the Rattlesnake Mountain Trailhead parking will be on your right. If the lot is full, there is a large parking lot 0.25 miles southeast of the trailhead.
The Kancamagus Highway is a portion of NH Route 112 spanning east to west from Lincoln to Conway. This recognized National Scenic Byway is considered one of the best fall foliage viewing areas in the world.
