What should I wear?

Please wear formal attire. Examples include suits, tuxedos, dressy jumpsuits, and ankle or floor length dresses.

Please no white dresses or jumpsuits.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will take place indoors and the fireplaces will be lit! The courtyard will have open windows and space heaters.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive around 5:00 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Where do I park?

Answer

The Diamond Lot across the street has plenty of spots that average $20 for the night. There are also limited metered and 2-hour spots in the surrounding neighborhood. Rideshare is encouraged by the venue.

How will seating work?

Dinner seating will be assigned; the ceremony will have open seating with plenty of space for guests to choose where they’d like to sit.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests keep phones away during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment without distraction.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are provided. This is a half-Australian wedding after all.

Will food accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, provided dietary needs were submitted during RSVP.

Are there coat/bag storage options or should guests keep everything with them?

Answer

There won’t be a formal storage area, so please plan to keep personal belongings with you.

Can I bring a plus-one if they're not named on the invitation?

Only guests listed on the invitation are included due to venue capacity.

Is there a check-in list at the door or do guests just walk in?

There's no formal check-in. Guests can arrive and head right in.

Who should I contact on the day if needed?

Answer

A designated point of contact will be listed for urgent questions. Please avoid reaching out to the couple directly during the wedding day.

Do you have a hotel block reserved?

Answer

As there are only a handful of guests that require accommodation, we have not reserved a block of rooms at either hotel. If the three recommended hotels are not in your price range, let us know and we will see where there is open space to house everyone.
