Do I have to book my room through the dedicated wedding group to attend wedding events?

Answer

To attend private wedding events, guests are required to book their room reservation via our dedicated room block.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes, the resort is all-inclusive and includes food, beverages, housekeeping, entertainment and more! Gratuities are optional and always appreciated.

What is the deadline to book my room within the wedding group and when are payments due?

The deadline to book your room and pay in full is July 1st, 2026.

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, please note that only those named on the invitation are able to attend.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Every person traveling to Mexico will need a valid passport book. If you do not have a passport book, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take several months. Your passport book should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!

How do I book flights?

Answer

Please book flights directly with your preferred airline. Please ensure the name listed on your airline reservation matches your passport book exactly. The travel agency recommends using Google Flights to find the best price.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Roundtrip airport transportation can be added to your hotel reservation at the time of booking. You may choose from shared or private. Please see the travel website for further details.

How do I RSVP to the wedding events?

Answer

Please go to the RSVP tab on this website and enter your name. Please also remember to book your room within our dedicated wedding group.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

This is usually added to the RSVP.

When do I need to arrive at the hotel?

Answer

It is highly recommended to arrive no later than 2 days prior to the wedding to ensure that you arrive in time for the wedding as well as our pre-wedding events.

Is there a dress code for the wedding? Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Please join us for our outdoor wedding celebration. We kindly request semi-formal attire for our wedding. Additional information and style suggestions can be found on the Dress Code page of our website.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

To help us be present and enjoy every moment, we ask that you not take photos or videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will capture everything beautifully!
