Our ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception at the same venue. We recommend planning footwear accordingly and checking the weather as the day approaches.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. The 4:00 PM time listed on your invitation allows ample time for arrival and seating.
The dress code is Formal Attire with a Western Flair. Think tuxes, suits, formal dresses — with room for cowboy boots, bolo ties, hats, or western accents if you’d like. We’ll be dressed traditionally, but we love a western twist!
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off celebrating with us.
In the event of inclement weather, we have a plan in place to ensure the celebration continues comfortably. Any updates will be shared closer to the wedding date if needed.
