Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream
We went to Sub Zero on our first date! That night, Payton ordered the Banana Cream Pi and I had plain mint with no toppings (mostly because I had no idea how it worked). Since then, we've decided that Cherry Charge is the way to go.
Tandoor Indian Cuisine- Provo
Tandoor is probably our favorite dinner spot. Its literally soooo good. We have our order down to a science, and it hits every time. Our order: saag paneer, butter chicken, and two garlic naan.
Butterfly Biosphere
Payton and I actually had our engagement photos taken at Thanksgiving Point's Butterfly Biosphere. The exhibits are extremely interactive and is very kid-friendly!
Splash of Color Pottery
One of our favorites dates is to go and build our collection of custom mugs by painting pottery pieces. We enjoy the traditional Color Me Mine, but think Splash of Color Pottery has a larger and more unique selection.
Guru's Cafe
Gurus is a fast-casual place that has amazing, fresh tasting food. Hands down, the BEST sweet potato fries you will ever have. Seriously, you can thank us later.
Highland Glen Park
We love going to Highland Glen Park for picnics and to feed frozen peas to ducks!
Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos (Located in Dog Haus)
The absolute BEST breakfast burritos you will ever taste! During a trip to visit Payton in Southern California, I made him drive over an hour because "no other breakfast is better than a Dog Haus breakfast burrito." Luckily, there's also a Dog Haus in Sandy, so now we go after morning temple trips or volunteering. We love the Bronco burrito!
