What is the dress code?

We invite you to join us in formal attire inspired by the classic and vibrant spirit of Palm Springs. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear black suits or tuxedos for a classic, timeless look. Ladies are encouraged to wear long dresses in bright, cheerful colors—think citrus hues, desert blooms, and lively spring tones. When selecting shoes, please keep in mind the ceremony is on grass.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying with us at the Avalon Hotel & Bungalows, or nearby in downtown Palm Springs. A list of recommended hotels and nearby accommodations can be found on our Travel page.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No transportation will be provided. We recommend ride share services, staying at the Avalon Hotel or within walking distance of the Avalon Hotel & Bungalows. See our travel page for all recommended hotels.

When should I arrive in Palm Springs?

Answer

We invite you to join us for a welcome party at the Cooper residence between 4:00 and 7:00pm on Friday the 19th of March 2027. Please feel free to come early or extend your stay!

Should I rent a car?

Answer

If you are coming just for the weekend a rental car is not necessary if you are staying in Palm Springs. It is easy to taxi or uber to the Avalon Hotel. The Avalon is located downtown and a very short walk to restaurants and shops!
