Are hotel rooms available at the Fenway?

Answer

Yes, there is a small block of rooms reserved at the hotel for a discounted rate. To reserve a room, you may call the Fenway hotel and let them know you are with the wedding, or use this link: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1738946802856&key=GRP&guestreslink2=true&app=resvlink Reservations must be made by cut off date of August 15, 2025 in order to guarantee special pricing and availability.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is inside the chapel. The cocktail hour will be on the front patio facing Bayshore Blvd at the Fenway. The reception will be inside the ballroom at the Fenway.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, with September 1st being the hard deadline to respond. Please note that the cut off date for the hotel room block at the Fenway is August 15.

Where can I park?

Answer

At the ceremony, you may park next to the chapel or use the public parking available at Hammock Park. At the Fenway, valet parking is complimentary for guests.

The dress code is formal attire.
