Will there be shuttles?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle running to and from Hotel Polaris before the ceremony and after the reception. Please do not plan to leave a vehicle at the venue. If you must leave your car, it has to be picked up by 8 am the next morning. (Unfortunately our venue is very strict on this)

Can I get an uber from the venue after the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately ubers are unreliable in the area after the wedding. If you are staying at a different hotel or airbnb, we recommend taking the shuttle and ubering from Hotel Polaris.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue space we are unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those specifically on the invitation. If you are given a plus one it will appear when you RSVP. Please reach out with questions!

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a wood-fired pizza truck! We can accommodate gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian dietary restrictions, just let us know when you RSVP. We will also be serving appetizers and salads with the pizza.

Anything else I need to know?

Answer

As we know majority of our guests will be traveling from out of state to Colorado, please be mindful the elevation at our venue is 7,500 feet. Remember to drink plenty of water so we can celebrate all night!
