Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than 03/01/2026. Please RSVP even if you cannot attend - we will miss you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. We ask that you arrive at 2:45 PM to ensure everyone is seated in time. We will have shuttle bus services available starting at 2:00 PM to pick up from TownePlace Suites Kingsville to bring guests to and from the wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Cowboy hats and boots are absolutely welcome too!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The church and the Hubert’s property both have parking. However, shuttle services will be provided from TownePlace Suites Kingsville to pick up and drop off to and from all wedding sites.

Please reference the “Registry” tab at the top of our website! This was an easy way to compile everything onto one location. We have items listed directly from Zola, Target, Crate and Barrel, and Amazon.

Will the event be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the reception will be held outdoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. The only children present will be our immediate family members who are part of the wedding. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you!
