Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. We unfortunately are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name}" & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

How & When Should I RSVP?

You can RSVP right here on our Zola website! Just scroll to the top of the page (or click the "RSVP" tab in the menu), enter your name and follow the prompts. Please RSVP by July 29th, 2026. All RSVPs after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending final headcount to our vendors following this deadline!

Are Kids Invited?

We love your litte ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some immediate family.

Is There Parking Onsite?

Answer

No there is NOT parking onsite. As mentioned in the "travel" tab, due to the mountaintop location of our venue, guest parking is not available. SHUTTLE SERVICE IS REQUIRED FOR OUR VENUE; YOU CAN NOT DRIVE TO THE VENUE. If you choose to stay at one of our lodging recommendations that is located along the shuttle route (Hilton Garden Inn, Parkside Resort, or Sherwood Forest), you will receive door to door transportation. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will need to park at the Smoky Mountain Ziplines and board the shuttle from there. A shuttle schedule will be provided to you closer to the wedding date.
