Going on seven years of dating Payton knew a proposal from Cullen was coming up sometime soon, but she didn’t expect it at this exact moment. The two flew into Chicago Illinois for the weekend to visit his sister and brother-in-law who just had baby Charlie. After a romantic dinner and dessert together, with an appetite replaced by nerves, Cullen and Payton made their way over to “check out” Olive Park.
